Contract for Legal Counsel Jobs at Bank of America

This contract is entered into by and between Bank of America (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the legal counsel candidate (hereinafter referred to as “the Candidate”).

1. Position	The Candidate will be employed by the Company in the capacity of legal counsel.
2. Responsibilities	The Candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the Company on various legal matters, including but not limited to contract review, compliance, and litigation.
3. Qualifications	The Candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. In addition, the Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
